Refund Policy

14-day window. Free returns. We process refunds within 3–5 business days.

Eligibility

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition with tags still attached
• In the original packaging

How to start a return

1. Email us at contact@lume-sculpt.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. We send you a prepaid return label within 24h (US orders) or clear instructions for international returns.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, we process your refund within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Items not eligible

• Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned after the 14-day window
• Final sale / discounted items marked non-returnable
• Gift cards

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for the same product in a different size or color, subject to stock availability. Mention it directly in your email — no need to ship back and reorder.
